again and again I feel how the individual puzzle pieces of my life are composed and a picture is solidified. i approach the task that life has chosen for me.

my career began with a hotel education. then  i worked 12 years at a travel agency. after my son felix was born, the idea developed to find a boundary between my hobby and my profession.  i orgnaised group tours to fitness events. at some point until i took over the organisation of the fitness events. there I met my yogateacher young-ho kim and my interest in yoga awoke. this passion lead me to complete a yoga teaher training. meanwhile my whole family is active in our studio "urbanyoga lounge bremen".

now all parts come together and have specialized in the organization of yoga, fitness and "feel good" events in hotels.

to understand all sides of an organization (participant, hotelier, teacher, organizer) make it possible for me to create a harmonious working atmosphere. i am absolutely convinced that this is the only way a good event can grow.

it makes me very happy to connect people and I am really satisfied and grateful to see how friendship and joy are growing during the events.
